As a Logistics Associate, she helps coordinate company activities, ensures smooth gift deliveries, and supports people and culture initiatives. Her exceptional organizational skills and positive attitude make her an invaluable part of our team.
How would you describe yourself in three words?
“I’d say cheerful, organized, and responsible,” Valeria begins. “I love keeping a positive atmosphere. I don’t like tense or overly serious environments, so I’m always joking around and trying to lighten the mood. As for being organized, it’s something I take seriously. If things aren’t in order, I can’t help but rearrange them, even if it’s someone else’s desk! It’s part of who I am. And I think being responsible is tied to respect for others, when I meet my commitments and do things well, it brings me peace and happiness.”
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
“Spending quality time with the people I love is really important to me. I love hanging out with friends, watching TV shows, or going to soccer games, even though I don’t play myself. And during Formula 1 season, my weekends are all about following the races. I don’t miss a thing!”
What was your first impression of Oceans?
“When I joined, I immediately felt that Oceans is a very human company. They treat you like a person first, not just an employee or consultant. The environment here is positive, and even when challenges arise, they’re resolved quickly to maintain that harmony. What stands out the most is how connected the team feels, even though we’re spread across different countries. I remember my first co-working experience in May. I didn’t know anyone, and I was nervous. But from the moment I arrived, I felt comfortable, like I was meeting old friends. It’s a rare and beautiful thing in the workplace.”
What’s your favorite part about working remotely?
“The flexibility is amazing. It lets me balance my work and personal life seamlessly, while still feeling connected to an incredible team. It’s the best of both worlds.”
