Job Summary

Oceans Code Experts is looking for a skilled Senior Associate for the Software Asset Management position. This role involves managing IT assets, ensuring software compliance, and facilitating vendor reporting. The ideal candidate will have 4–7 years of experience in SAM, IT Asset Management, or related functions.

Job Requirements

Job Responsibilities

  • Support software compliance activities, renewals, and vendor reporting
  • Utilize analytical skills for data reconciliation, quality assurance, and trend analysis
  • Manage software entitlements, compliance, and licensing models
  • Work with large datasets and asset/CMDB and ITSM tools
  • Handle software procurement processes including quotes, POs, renewals, and contracts
  • Produce clear, audit-ready documentation and executive summaries
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, Procurement, Finance, and vendors
  • Follow processes, meet deadlines, and drive actions to completion

Job Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in SAM, IT Asset Management, or related areas
  • Advanced English proficiency, written and spoken
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with large datasets
  • Knowledge of ITAM concepts, licensing models, and software procurement
  • Experience with asset/CMDB, ITSM tools, and SAM tools (e.g., Flexera, Snow)
  • Ability to produce clear documentation and summaries
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Process discipline and ability to manage deadlines

Nice to Have

  • Relevant certifications such as ITIL, IAITAM, or ServiceNow SAM/ITAM
  • Experience with ServiceNow SAM Pro or equivalent tools
