Job Summary
Seeking a Business Intelligence Solution Engineer to lead Tableau administration and embedded analytics across enterprise platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a high-visibility BI environment while driving innovation through automation, data integration, and scalable analytics delivery.

Job Responsibilities

• Serve as Tableau Administrator, managing Salesforce integration, OKTA configuration, and embedding dashboards within Salesforce.
• Monitor Tableau server performance and anticipate future capacity needs through metric analysis.
• Automate and maintain system tasks using Python, PowerShell, or Bash scripts.
• Support and enhance existing workflows leveraging Tableau APIs for access and provisioning.
• Collaborate with architects and cloud engineers to optimize platform functionality.
• Work with Engineering and ETL teams to incorporate new data sources into BI solutions.
• Design, develop, and support advanced Tableau dashboards tailored to business requirements.
• Maintain accurate report specifications and process documentation for data deliverables.
• Act as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to define, deliver, and refine reporting solutions.
• Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-impact insights.

Participate in production on-call support rotation.

Job Requirements

• Great English proficiency (B2+ Written and spoken)
• 9+ years of experience in Business Intelligence development and support.
• Impeccable punctuality (schedules are flexible but being in time for meetings is crucial)
• 5+ years of Tableau dashboard development experience.
• 2+ years of Tableau Server administration, including installation, integration, and optimization.
• 5+ years of SQL development experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Python scripting.
• 3+ years of experience working with AWS data tools such as Redshift and S3.
• Strong communication skills with proven ability to interface between business and technical teams.
• Demonstrated experience building scalable ETL processes.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently to solve complex problems.

Nice to have

• Experience in Financial Services or Identity Protection Services.
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools like AWS CodeBuild and GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with additional BI tools such as Power BI or SAP BusinessObjects.
• Understanding of machine learning and data science concepts.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time consultancy, with up to 40 weekly hours during regular business times. We operate under a flexible core hours policy to accommodate various schedules, allowing consultants to perform during their peak productivity times. Additionally, we offer the flexibility to work remotely.
