Job Responsibilities

• Lead the troubleshooting and resolution of SAP EWM queue errors related to shipping, serialization, and labeling.
• Analyze incidents to identify root causes and coordinate resolution with development teams.
• Provide vital onsite support for high-priority issues, ensuring coverage through mid-day Central Time (CST).
• Gather and analyze business requirements, drafting functional specifications as needed.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and development teams to translate business needs into scalable technical designs.

Job Requirements

• Great English proficiency (B2+ Written and spoken)
• 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst (SAP)
• Impeccable punctuality (schedules are flexible but being in time for meetings is crucial)
• Deep expertise in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (SAP EWM), including both implementation and production support (7–10 years).
• Proven ability to handle EWM queues, serialization, labeling processes, and produce detailed functional documentation.
• Experience working in high-volume distribution centers with diverse product categories.
• Techno-functional capability with the ability to debug ABAP code is a strong advantage.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration
• Knowledge of automated warehouse systems or robotics integration
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies
• Exposure to global supply chain processes and compliance standards

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time consultancy, with up to 40 weekly hours during regular business times. We operate under a flexible core hours policy to accommodate various schedules, allowing consultants to perform during their peak productivity times. Additionally, we offer the flexibility to work remotely.
