We're looking for a skilled Data Scientist who thrives on turning messy data into actionable insights. You'll be central to ensuring data integrity across large-scale migrations, combining analytics, scripting, and stakeholder collaboration in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Profile datasets for completeness, consistency, drift, and anomalies
  • Build source-to-target checks, data reconciliations, and acceptance criteria
  • Write Python and SQL scripts to explore datasets, reproduce defects, and validate fixes
  • Track and resolve data issues, providing clear, actionable insights and summaries
  • Create lightweight dashboards or key metrics to monitor migration health and performance

Job Requirements

  • Great English proficiency (B2+ Written and spoken)
  • 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, ideally at a mid-senior Data Scientist level
  • Impeccable punctuality (schedules are flexible but being in time for meetings is crucial
  • Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis (pandas, NumPy, Jupyter)
  • Solid SQL skills, including complex joins, aggregations, and reconciliation logic
  • Proven experience with data profiling, issue documentation, and validation workflows
  • Excellent punctuality and time management—must be dependable for meetings
  • Strong communication skills to interface with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have 

  • Experience with PySpark or other large-scale data processing frameworks
  • Familiarity with BI/visualization tools and collaboration platforms (e.g., Git, Jira)
  • Exposure to cloud data platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time consultancy, with up to 40 weekly hours during regular business times. We operate under a flexible core hours policy to accommodate various schedules, allowing consultants to perform during their peak productivity times. Additionally, we offer the flexibility to work remotely.
