Job Requirements

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee AI/ML initiatives at scale, delivering innovative, enterprise-grade AI solutions. 
  • Drive AI adoption, modernization, and transformation initiatives across the organization. 
  • Architect scalable, cloud-native AI systems and integrate them with enterprise data and infrastructure. 
  • Design and implement AI orchestration frameworks, Generative AI models, LLM ecosystems, and RAG architectures. 
  • Collaborate with executives and stakeholders, providing strategic guidance on AI opportunities and risks. 
  • Mentor and guide teams in AI strategy, best practices, and cutting-edge technologies. 
  • Ensure high-quality delivery of AI solutions, balancing technical excellence with business impact.

Job Requirements

  • Great English proficiency (B2+ Written and spoken)
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience leading AI/ML initiatives at scale. Impeccable punctuality (schedules are flexible but being in time for meetings is crucial)
  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technology leadership roles. 
  • Strong expertise in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or AI Architecture. 
  • Proven track record designing and delivering AI-powered enterprise solutions. 
  • Deep knowledge of Generative AI, LLM ecosystems, AI orchestration frameworks, and modern AI infrastructure. 
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. 
  • Proficiency with AI/ML frameworks and tools such as OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, Hugging Face, Vector Databases, and RAG architectures. 
  • Strong understanding of data architecture, APIs, integrations, distributed systems, and scalable cloud-native environments. 

Nice to have 

  • Experience leading AI consulting or advisory engagements.
  • Background working with enterprise clients across multiple industries.
  • Experience building AI Centers of Excellence or AI governance frameworks.
  • Familiarity with MLOps, AI observability, and AI security best practices.
  • Experience with AI Agents, autonomous workflows, and multi-agent systems.
  • Exposure to compliance-heavy industries such as healthcare, finance, or enterprise SaaS.
  • Public speaking, conference presentations, or thought leadership in AI-related topics.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time consultancy, with up to 40 weekly hours during regular business times. We operate under a flexible core hours policy to accommodate various schedules, allowing consultants to perform during their peak productivity times. Additionally, we offer the flexibility to work remotely.
