Job Requirements

Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain scalable full stack applications using React, Node.js, and Next.js.
  • Design and implement robust APIs and reusable front-end components.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.
  • Troubleshoot and debug production issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate across teams in a remote-first, flexible schedule environment.
  • Follow Git workflows and contribute to pull request processes.

Job Requirements

  • Great English proficiency (B2+ Written and spoken)
  • 3–5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer (or strong FE + meaningful BE).
  • Impeccable punctuality (schedules are flexible but being in time for meetings is crucial
  • Solid experience with React (hooks, reusable components, performance basics, clean architecture).
  • Proficiency in Node.js (API design, services, error handling, authentication patterns).
  • Experience with Next.js (SSR/SSG concepts, routing, server/API handling).
  • Familiarity with Git workflows and version control best practices.
  • Knowledge of basic testing techniques (unit/integration) and handling production issues.

Nice to have 

  • Experience with performance optimization (rendering, caching, efficient APIs).
  • Understanding of scalable architecture patterns (e.g., queues, background jobs, monitoring).
  • Background in agile or startup environments.
  • PHP knowledge.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time consultancy, with up to 40 weekly hours during regular business times. We operate under a flexible core hours policy to accommodate various schedules, allowing consultants to perform during their peak productivity times. Additionally, we offer the flexibility to work remotely.
