Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

• Engineer, configure, and support Microsoft 365 environments across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Entra ID, and Intune.
• Implement and manage Microsoft Entra ID solutions, including Conditional Access, MFA, PIM, app registrations, enterprise applications, and identity synchronization using Entra Connect and Cloud Sync.
• Deliver endpoint management solutions with Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot, including compliance policies, configuration profiles, and app protection policies.
• Implement Microsoft Purview controls such as DLP, sensitivity labels, retention policies, and Defender for Office 365 security solutions.
• Lead and support migration projects from Google Workspace, Slack, on-premises Exchange, and tenant-to-tenant Microsoft 365 environments using industry-standard tools.
• Develop automation, reporting, and configuration solutions using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API/SDK, and Power Automate.

Job Requirements

• Great English proficiency (B2+ Written and spoken)
• 5+ years of hands-on experience engineering Microsoft 365 across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Entra ID, and Intune.
• Impeccable punctuality (schedules are flexible but being in time for meetings is crucial)
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, including Conditional Access, MFA, PIM, enterprise applications, and identity synchronization.
• Proven experience managing endpoints with Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
• Hands-on experience implementing Microsoft Purview and Defender for Office 365 solutions.
• Strong proficiency in PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API/SDK, and automation best practices.
• Solid understanding of mail flow, DNS, and identity/authentication protocols including SAML, OIDC, OAuth, and Kerberos.
  

Nice to have 

• Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform solutions.
• Knowledge of Teams Phone, Teams Rooms, and contact center integrations.
• Familiarity with SharePoint Advanced Management, Viva Suite, and Loop.
• Experience with Multi-Tenant Organizations (MTO) and cross-tenant collaboration.
• Exposure to Microsoft Sentinel, KQL, and Microsoft 365 security reporting.
• Azure experience including networking, Key Vault, Logic Apps, Functions, Bicep, or Terraform.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time consultancy, with up to 40 weekly hours during regular business times. We operate under a flexible core hours policy to accommodate various schedules, allowing consultants to perform during their peak productivity times. Additionally, we offer the flexibility to work remotely.
