Job Summary 
We are seeking a Laravel Product Engineer with strong frontend sensibility to help deliver meaningful user experiences in a climatetech platform. You will work within a server-rendered environment (no SPA) to create clean, performant, and usable UI components.

• Build Laravel-driven user interfaces with excellent usability.
• Apply deep understanding of HTML, CSS, and JS for browser-level performance.
• Think like a user—focusing on design logic and intuitive user paths.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve frontend patterns.
• Elevate visual quality and consistency, even without a dedicated design team.

Job Requirements

• Great English proficiency (B2+ Written and spoken)
• 5+ years of engineering experience as a Product Engineer (Laravel UI)
• Impeccable punctuality (schedules are flexible but being in time for meetings is crucial)
• 5+ years of engineering experience with strong Laravel skills.
• Strong frontend knowledge: DOM, CSS layout models, browser debugging.
• Demonstrated ability to build interfaces that feel intentional and user-friendly.
• Impeccable punctuality and self-driven work ethic.

Nice to have 

• Past experience in consumer-facing applications or data visualization.
• Experience improving accessibility and responsiveness in backend-rendered UIs.
• Familiarity with Laravel Blade and server-side templating best practices.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time consultancy, with up to 40 weekly hours during regular business times. We operate under a flexible core hours policy to accommodate various schedules, allowing consultants to perform during their peak productivity times. Additionally, we offer the flexibility to work remotely.
