Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of secure and scalable full-stack applications.
  • Drive continuous improvement and technical excellence by promoting best practices and innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate in sprint planning, code reviews, and technical discussions to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

Job Requirements

  • Great English proficiency (B2+ Written and spoken)
  • 7+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a technical leadership role.
  • Strong front-end development experience using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Deep expertise in Angular.js.
  • Proficiency in back-end technologies such as Java or Node.js.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience using tools like Jira and Slack.
  • Impeccable punctuality (schedules are flexible but being in time for meetings is crucial 

Nice to have 

  • Experience working with APIs and microservices architecture.
  • Leadership experience mentoring junior developers and guiding technical teams.
  • Familiarity with code quality tools (e.g., SonarQube, CheckStyle).
  • Experience with build tools like Gradle and Maven.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
  • Proficiency with unit testing frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito.
  • Experience with both SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
  • Knowledge of messaging systems (e.g., SNS/SQS, Kafka, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ).

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time consultancy, with up to 40 weekly hours during regular business times. We operate under a flexible core hours policy to accommodate various schedules, allowing consultants to perform during their peak productivity times. Additionally, we offer the flexibility to work remotely.
