Job Responsibilities

• Lead the development of full-stack features using React, React Native, TypeScript, Node.js, and NestJS.
• Design, implement, and integrate RESTful APIs with frontend applications.
• Build responsive, accessible, and reusable UI components leveraging our design system.
• Model and manage data using Document DB technologies.
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests across the stack.
• Contribute to CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions to ensure seamless deployments.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, and Engineering teams to deliver impactful features.
• Optimize application performance and ensure cross-platform compatibility.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor peers, and champion engineering best practices.
• Maintain technical documentation to support long-term maintainability and team alignment.
• Participate actively in agile ceremonies and foster a collaborative, inclusive team environment

Job Requirements

• Great English proficiency (B2+ Written and spoken)
• 8+ years of experience in development of full-stack features using React, React Native, TypeScript, Node.js, and NestJS.
• Impeccable punctuality (schedules are flexible but being in time for meetings is crucial)
• Design, implement, and integrate RESTful APIs with frontend applications
• Build responsive, accessible, and reusable UI components leveraging our design system.
• Model and manage data using Document DB technologies.
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests across the stack.
• Contribute to CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions to ensure seamless deployments

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time consultancy, with up to 40 weekly hours during regular business times. We operate under a flexible core hours policy to accommodate various schedules, allowing consultants to perform during their peak productivity times. Additionally, we offer the flexibility to work remotely.
