Job Summary
Join a fast-paced team as a Senior .NET + AI Developer, building enterprise-grade applications using the latest .NET technologies and AI-assisted development tools. This role challenges experienced engineers to design scalable solutions, deliver high-quality code, and contribute to modern, intelligent software systems.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale applications using C# and the .NET ecosystem (.NET 8+).
• Build modern web interfaces using Blazor Server, applying HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and accessibility best practices (WCAG).
• Implement scalable and maintainable software architectures such as microservices, event-driven systems, CQRS, and clean architecture.
• Design and optimize SQL Server databases, including data models, queries, and efficient data access patterns.
• Write and maintain automated unit tests using MS Test or NUnit to ensure software quality and reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in agile environments and contribute to CI/CD pipelines and version control workflows.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve development speed, code quality, and problem-solving efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Great English proficiency (B2+ Written and spoken)
• 7+ years of professional software development experience with C# and the .NET ecosystem (.NET 8+)
• Impeccable punctuality (schedules are flexible but being in time for meetings is crucial)
• Experience developing modern front-end applications using Blazor Server.
• Solid knowledge of software architecture patterns including microservices, event-driven architecture, CQRS, and clean architecture.
• Experience with SQL Server, including database design, query optimization, and data access strategies.
• Experience writing unit tests using MS Test or NUnit.
• Experience working with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development methodologies.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar.

Nice to have

• Background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Business Central, or similar ERP platforms.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices.
• Microsoft certifications such as Azure Developer Associate, Azure AI Engineer, or equivalent.
• Experience with automation and load testing.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time consultancy, with up to 40 weekly hours during regular business times. We operate under a flexible core hours policy to accommodate various schedules, allowing consultants to perform during their peak productivity times. Additionally, we offer the flexibility to work remotely.
