Job Summary 
Join as a Stonebranch Developer and take ownership of designing, optimizing, and scaling enterprise workflow automation. This role offers the opportunity to drive innovation, enhance platform performance, and influence best practices across complex IT environments.

Job Responsibilities

• Document requirements for new Stonebranch workflows. 
• Create UML design diagrams for workflow architecture. 
• Develop and troubleshoot workflows using the Stonebranch UI. 
• Promote workflows across environments while monitoring performance and errors. 
• Conduct peer reviews and ensure alignment with platform best practices. 
• Update ADO/Dev tracking tools and communicate progress with Project Managers. 
• Identify and implement optimization opportunities for existing workflows. 
• Develop Stonebranch widgets for specific BU-IT domains or value streams. 
• Report on workflow health, platform usage, and licensing impact. 
• Participate in planning and development initiatives for Stonebranch UI enhancements. 
• Validate and analyze yearly metrics, including incident (INC) and production (PROD) deployments. 
• Support System (MAR) audits and provide accomplishment summaries.

Job Requirements

• Great English proficiency (B2+ Written and spoken)
• 5+ years of professional exprience related to Stonebranch Developer
• Impeccable punctuality (schedules are flexible but being in time for meetings is crucial)
• Strong understanding of Managed File Transfer platforms (e.g., IBM Sterling, Stonebranch). 
• Solid knowledge of scheduling platform concepts (triggers, calendars, schedules). 
• Experience with SFTP/FTP file transfer utilities. 
• Proficiency in UML design and architecture. 
• Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems. 
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS. 
• Basic networking knowledge (e.g., Network Security Groups, firewalls). 
• Understanding of file encryption best practices (e.g., PGP). 
• Knowledge of secure file transport protocols (e.g., TLS 1.2). 
• Experience with ServiceNow ticket creation and management.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time consultancy, with up to 40 weekly hours during regular business times. We operate under a flexible core hours policy to accommodate various schedules, allowing consultants to perform during their peak productivity times. Additionally, we offer the flexibility to work remotely
