Job Responsibilities

• Support Workday HCM configuration and business process updates
• Document processes, configurations, and system changes clearly and consistently
• Support testing and release cycles, including test script creation, execution, and validation
• Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while effectively prioritizing deliverables
• Track tasks, timelines, and follow-ups to ensure project objectives are met
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support business need

Job Requirements

• Great English proficiency (B2+ Written and spoken)
• 3–5 years of Workday experience (HCM focused)
• Impeccable punctuality (schedules are flexible but being in time for meetings is crucial)
• Strong understanding of Workday HCM and business process framework
• Ability to document processes and configuration clearly and consistently
• Experience with testing support, including test script creation and execution
• Basic project management skills (task tracking, timelines, follow-ups)
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritize effectively
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Detail oriented with ability to follow structured processes
• Experience supporting Workday configuration and business process updates
• Experience supporting testing and release cycles

Nice to have 

• Exposure to project coordination or milestone tracking preferred
• Experience working in global environments a plus

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time consultancy, with up to 40 weekly hours during regular business times. We operate under a flexible core hours policy to accommodate various schedules, allowing consultants to perform during their peak productivity times. Additionally, we offer the flexibility to work remotely.
